How do I reset my password?

Contact your school administrator to reset your account credentials. If you are a school administrator, contact us at support@binarybudds.com.

How do I delete my account?

Visit our account deletion page to submit a deletion request. All data will be removed within 30 days.

The bus tracking is not updating. What should I do?

Ensure the driver has started a trip in the driver app and has granted location permissions. If the issue persists, contact support@binarybudds.com with your school name and bus number.

How do I request a copy of my data?

Email privacy@binarybudds.com with your name and registered email address. We will provide your data in a structured format within 30 days.
